In My Mailbox (11)

"In My Mailbox" is a weekly meme hosted by Kristi @ The Story Siren to share books we got in the mail or the library or the bookstore, etc. that week!

I had a pretty awesome week this week! Not in quantity, but in quality:

-I attended the Tour de Nerdfighting event that I planned for my store (so I guess I had to be there, haha!) and got a copy of The Fault in Our Stars signed.
-Purchased my own copy of Cinder because the book deserves a spot on my shelf.
-Penguin sent my store a final copy of Jess Rothenberg's The Catastrophic History of You and Me which I took upon myself to take home and own (the package had my name on it!). You can read my earlier review here. And I just realized I had typo-d her last name in the review, so that has been fixed. EMBARRASSMENT! And they DID keep the shimmery cover! Good on you, Penguin.

The Fault in Our Stars by John Green
Cinder by Marissa Meyer

So that's my week. What did you get??
Oh! And before you leave, don't forget to enter to win a $25 gift card to Amazon! This contest is international! You can thank the government for this giveaway (yay tax refunds!). ENTER HERE.

  1. Been hearing a lot of good things about The Catastrophic History of You and Me by Jess Rothberg. Great mailbox.

  2. haha I love tax refunds! Awesome IMM! Hopefully next week you'll have an EPIC ARC to show on your IMM haha later lady! :)

  3. I caved and bought fault in our stars this week. I was trying to wait til next paycheck but oh well. And I loved cinder. I have an e-copy but am getting a hard copy as well. An excellent week!

  4. I just started Cinder yesterday and am already halfway through it! It's soooo good.

Granted, I am kinda a closet nerd... and really like Star Trek and Star Wars.

And if you watched any Sailor Moon as a kid... like I did in 6th grade... well, then you'll love Cinder even more!

    Happy reading!

  6. Great set of books! New blog follower. Check out my IMM and follow me back via GFC if possible at:

  7. I love your blog's name and banner. I think it's awesome that you got to meet John Green in person! And you have a special signed edition of TFiOS, not just the usual signature from the first print copies. It's such a lovely book, I really need to write a review for that. I've been meaning to read Cinder because I've heard good things about it.

  8. Enjoy all your books - Catastrophic History of You and Me looks SO great :)

Thank-you for commenting! I always appreciate and read each one! I also try to reply to each one, but I'm really bad at this, so I apologize in advance for one (or any) I may miss. Please note, I love all of my commenters. In fact, it may be more like "in love." Comment at your own risk.
